Booyah Terms & Conditions – Know the Rules Before Using the Platform

Booyah (booyah.my) is an internationally licensed online gaming and Sports Betting platform. By accessing, registering on, or using any service on this platform, you are deemed to have agreed to all terms and conditions set out below.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use this platform. Accounts may be restricted until age verification is complete.
• Booyah cannot be accessed from countries or regions where its services are prohibited. Users are responsible for ensuring that using this service is lawful in their jurisdiction.
• Booyah reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time. Failure to cooperate with the verification process may result in account suspension.
• If any part of these terms exists in English or another language, the Bengali version shall be considered the authoritative text.
• Booyah is an entertainment platform — there is no guarantee of income from betting, and none is implied.

Registering with Booyah requires you to provide accurate and truthful information. Accounts created with false details may be suspended at any time, and Booyah reserves the right to withhold any funds held in such accounts.

• Each person may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be terminated.
• The mobile number and email address provided at registration must be verified. To update either of these details, please contact Support.
• Keep your account login credentials strictly confidential. Any consequences arising from sharing your login details with others are solely the member's responsibility.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, contact Booyah Support immediately. Acting quickly helps minimize any potential damage.
• Withdrawal limits will apply until KYC (Know Your Customer) verification is completed. To withdraw above a certain threshold, you will need to submit a valid identity document.
• If there is evidence that an account has been used by a minor, it will be suspended immediately and the relevant authorities will be notified.

All bets placed on Booyah are considered final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled — unless the Cash Out feature is available and applicable.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳100. The maximum bet limit depends on your account type and the specific market.
• Booyah reserves the right to void any bets placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error. In such cases, the stake will be fully refunded.
• If a match is cancelled, the full stake will be refunded. If a match is postponed, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the match policy.
• Booyah is not responsible for bets that are confirmed late due to network issues during in-play or live betting.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any bet or market, Booyah's decision is final.
• Booyah reserves the right to withhold payment on any bet won through obvious irregularities or fraudulent activity.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. If you need to withdraw via a different method, please contact support.
• Once KYC verification is complete, withdrawals are typically processed within 1–30 minutes. If verification is still pending, it may take 1–3 business days.
• Booyah does not charge any deposit or withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider's own charges may apply.
• Withdrawing deposited funds without placing any bets may trigger an anti-money laundering review, causing the transaction to be held.
• Deposits from a third party's mobile number or account are strictly prohibited. If detected, the account will be placed under investigation.

Booyah offers various promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free bets. Each offer comes with specific terms, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirement. Meeting that wagering threshold is mandatory before any bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Bonus validity is typically 7 to 30 days. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled upon expiry.
• If a single individual is found to be using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, all accounts will be terminated and all bonuses forfeited.
• Bonus usage may be restricted on certain games or markets — detailed terms are provided separately for each offer.
• Booyah reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus program at any time.
• Before a bonus is cashed out, your bonus balance and real money balance are displayed separately. The bonus becomes eligible for withdrawal only once the wagering requirement has been met.

Booyah believes in responsible gaming. Our platform is meant for entertainment — it should not be treated as a reliable source of income.

• You can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from your account settings. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately, while increasing one requires a 24-hour cooling period.
• A cooling-off period option is available — you can restrict access to your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.

• Any funds remaining in a closed account will be settled in accordance with the instructions of the relevant authorities following a completed investigation.

Booyah reserves the right to modify any part of these terms at any time. However, members will be notified in advance of any significant changes.

• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any major changes — via app notification or email.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes have taken effect will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
• The date of the most recent update is shown at the top of this page and will be updated to reflect any changes made.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account and withdraw your remaining balance.
